The Monster panel is 23 1/2″ X 16 1/2″ rather than 25 1/2″
To compensate, increase the fussy cut one vertical monster rectangle that reads 7 1/2″ X 16 1/2″ to 9 1/2″ X 16 1/2″
Only row three is affected, but the instructions in Step 5 are correct.
